Here you will find information on the documents required and the steps to follow to apply for a diplomatic and official visa. Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding.
Please note that visa issuance is subject to the Embassy's sole discretion.

Step 1: Gather the necessary documents

Before completing the application form, ensure you have all the necessary documents below in digital format (PDF, JPG, GIF, DOC, DOCX, or PNG):

  • The first page of the passport.
  • A verbal note.
  • Proof of flight ticket reservation
  • Copies of Yellow Fever vaccination records (showing the names of the applicant and the last date of the vaccine) or a medical exemption.

Step 2: Complete the application form

Fill in the application form accurately, providing all the required information.

Step 3: Upload the documents

Upload the documents collected as indicated in Step 1. Ensure they are in the specified digital format.

Step 4: Submit the application

Once you have completed the form and uploaded the documents, submit your application. Check that all the information is correct before finalising the submission.

Step 5: Wait for appointment date confirmation

After receiving your application, the Embassy will review it. Within 72 hours, you will receive an email confirming your appointment date. Please monitor your inbox, including the spam folder, for this important communication.

Step 6: Attend the appointment at the Embassy

Please ensure that on the day of your appointment, you bring original versions of the following documents:

  • Your passport
  • An original verbal note
  • two passport photos
  • Your appointment confirmation email

Step 7: Collect your document at the Embassy

You will be emailed a date by which you can collect your document from the Embassy. You can change your appointment according to your availability. Please note that document collection is by appointment only.

Recommendations

  1. Admission to the Embassy is reserved for users personally concerned by a procedure and, if necessary, only one accompanying person whose assistance is absolutely necessary to the applicant.
  2. Bulky objects (suitcases, backpacks, luggage) are prohibited on the Embassy premises.All items that are prohibited in the cabin of an aircraft are strictly forbidden in the Embassy (knives, scissors, tools, etc.).
  3. It is forbidden to communicate by telephone within the Embassy
  4. Animals not allowed in the Embassy.
